As the ESM Lead – Digital Projects, you will use your experience with digital health systems to coordinate and assist with the delivery of digital health projects throughout the health service.
This is a temporary Full-time opportunity for 5 months with the possibility of extension.
The ESM Lead – Digital Projects will work as part of the West Moreton Health (WMH) Digital Services Team to deliver Digital Health projects in relation to the Enterprise Scheduling Management (ESM) and the integrated electronic Medical Record (ieMR) more broadly.
About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Experience with Digital Health systems, inclusive of build, reporting and testing requirements. Organisation skills and ability to organise with a high level of independence and to act innovatively, resourcefully and meet deadlines and commitments possessing a logical proactive approach to achieve strategic goals. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to effectively interact with all levels of staff from diverse backgrounds, members of the public and private sector using tact, diplomacy and discretion. High level ability and experience in identifying and analysing problems, developing and implementing remedial strategies and exercising initiative and responsibility. Ability to provide a high level of project support including high level administrative skills utilising contemporary office equipment and software packages. This includes the ability to plan, meet deadlines and prioritise workloads whilst working autonomously and to be flexible in a changing work environment. Ability to participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety and ethical behaviour.
