Child Development Service Administration Support • Temporary Part-time, 32hrs per fortnight
The administration officer within Child Development Service is required to respond to general customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information and assistance to clients and staff. The administration officer is to assist in the facilitation of service delivery in the community setting including efficient utilisation of appointment times for Consultants and Clinicians.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment and autonomously when required. Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Positive and effective customer service. Proficiency in the application of internal hospital information systems in addition to Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of basic medical terminology to extract and interpret pertinent information from patient medical records and hospital information systems.
