Cardiac Radiographer Advanced Project SME CVIS Digital Metro North (DMN) is seeking a Cardiac Radiographer Advanced, Subject Matter Expert to provide specialised project management skills and services to support the implementation of the state-wide Cardiovascular Information System (CVIS). This position will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with the DMN support team and CVIS implementation sites to embed processes and support system enhancements.
Previous experience working in clinical informatics, cardiac catheterisation laboratory (CCL) and/or project management will be well regarded. This position will also require the successful candidate to travel and work across Queensland and facilities/directorates implementing the Cardiovascular Information System (CVIS) Enterprise Program. Due to this travel, the person we are looking for must hold a current 'C' class licence.
About the Role Reporting directly to the Stream Lead Cardiovascular Information System (CVIS) Digital Health Business Solutions (DHBS), this role will work directly with staff within the CVIS state-wide onboarding facilities. In consultation with the eHealth Queensland Senior Director Digital Health Business Solutions (DHBS), undertake project management activities through developing a project plan to progress and manage deliverables in accordance with the project lifecycle. Develop effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve expectations of the CVIS project. Work collaboratively with the project team to provide policy and strategic advice to the project sponsor, and other stakeholders as required to inform decision making and governance direction to achieve project deliverables with minimal slippage. Apply sound knowledge and skills in leadership, communication, change and project management. Use ethical decision making and Queensland Health change management principles in the achievement of project goals. Apply safety and quality risk management frameworks to inform and contribute to the strategic and professional direction of the CVIS project. Proactively monitor and report progress against the project plan, to achieve deliverables, and as necessary recommend and seek advice, and oversee remedial and corrective action where progress falls outside agreed project scope and escalate concerns appropriately.
