Administration Officer - Procedural Services Queensland Health (Organisation site)
Surgical, Treatment and Rehabilitation Service, Herston
Deliver a seamless patient experience by providing efficient bookings, referrals, admissions and reception services for all clients within Procedural Services.
This role will undertake a wide range of duties while working in a team environment, rotating between roles within Procedural Services and STARS Administration Services.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly and confidently with patients, members of the public and facility staff, face-to-face and via virtual care services, asking questions, responding to enquiries and providing accurate information.
Manage workload appropriately with effective time management practices, prioritising tasks and ensuring all tasks are completed within appropriate timeframes.
Understand and anticipate patient and service needs, including recognising potential issues, undertaking investigations to find and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Undertake special projects and assignments as required by the Senior Administration Officer, Procedural Services and the Manager Administration Services.
