Telescope Tyres is seeking an experienced OTR Tyre Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Queensland, location is flexible for the right candidate.
As a full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the sales and growth of our off-the-road (OTR) tyre business, focusing on developing new customer relationships and expanding our market share in this specialised sector.
What you'll be doing Prospecting and engaging with new and potential OTR tyre customers to understand their needs and requirements.Developing targeted sales and marketing strategies to win new business and strengthen existing client relationships.Negotiating and closing sales contracts with customers to drive revenue growth.Collaborating with the operations team to ensure efficient delivery and installation of OTR tyres.Providing expert advice and technical support to customers on OTR tyre selection, maintenance, and performance.Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.Reporting on sales performance and pipeline to the management team.What we're looking for Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the automotive or OTR tyre industry.Strong technical knowledge of OTR tyres, including specifications, applications, and performance characteristics.Excellent customer relationship management and negotiation skills.Ability to think strategically and develop targeted sales plans to drive business growth.Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders.Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.What we offer Competitive salary and commission structure.Comprehensive training and development opportunities.Access to company vehicle and mobile phone.Flexible work arrangements and a supportive, collaborative work environment.About us
