As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving growth for the company. Your key responsibilities will include:
Researching market trends and identifying potential clients and prospective business opportunities Regular client visits throughout QLD servicing client's current and future workforce requirements Developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the company's customer base Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers To be successful, the ideal candidate will possess:
Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles Previous experience working in a labour hire or recruitment agency environment Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of market dynamics, laws, acts, and industrial awards Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Current driver license and ability for frequent travel around Queensland You will be rewarded with:
