An opportunity exists for a QLD Area Sales Manager to join our team from our Brisbane office.
You will work within a team to identify and develop preferred partnerships with key stakeholders and create sales opportunities that include the complete Scots Ice Australia equipment offering.
Key Responsibilities: Development and close sales opportunities with Distribution partners and Key End UsersProvide expertise, product presentations, and application support to customersMaintain and develop close relationships with existing and new accounts within key segments whilst improving customer service levels and satisfactionParticipate in national and local regional planning and be responsible for developing and executing the business development plan in the assigned regionCanvas for new contacts within existing and future accounts; identify and capitalise on new opportunities to achieve sales objectives and KPIsApproach, attract, and influence key decision makers and effectively progress leads to the stage of proposal, contract preparation, and closureProvide monthly reports on all significant matters, sales and marketing activities, actionsRecord and manage all activity, leads, opportunities, quotes, orders, contacts, and customer company informationCarry out other duties and responsibilities as per the job description and/or as directedMinimum Requirements: Proven experience and success in Business Development and SalesQualified Chef or Baker with extensive experience and a great network of contactsThe ability to build rapport with clients, achieve targets, and confidently demonstrate, offer and deliver food service solutionsA high level of initiative, problem-solving, creativity, lateral thinking, self-motivation, organisational, interpersonal and entrepreneurial skillsAbility to develop, implement and execute short, medium, long term strategiesAbility to lead, motivate and work within a team, managing a combination of prioritiesNegotiation ability at all levels in a professional mannerHigh level written & verbal communication skillsCurrent driver's license is essentialYour application will include the following questions:
