About the Role
We are searching for a Broker Assistant to join our Rockhampton team on a full-time basis, providing administrative support to the team.
With our training and support, you will be comfortable and efficient in the completion of daily tasks including but not limited to processing of new business, endorsements, renewals, and general administration duties.
Regional Insurance Brokers will provide on-the-job, company-paid training and support to the successful applicant to obtain the right qualifications to carry out the position and advance their career over the years.

Experience working within the broader financial services industry; Ability to develop and build relationships with clients and underwriters; Experience in customer service and data entry; Sound computer skills, confident communication skills, teamwork, and strong documentation skills; The ability to work within a team environment; Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not essential; Career-focused, responsible, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
