Role Responsibilities Manage your own portfolio Handle new business enquiries Place risks with insurers both online and open market Service client's enquiries and administrating policy documentation. About You Tier 1 in Insurance Broking or Diploma of Insurance Broking is essential , with a commitment to ongoing professional development. Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Proven experience in insurance broking, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and products. Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and deliver tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment. Effective communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. Experience using insurance broking software and Microsoft Office suite. A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and passion for achieving excellent outcomes for clients.
