Well-established organisationTop tier clients with interesting work About Our Client Our client is a rapidly growing service provider to the oil & gas a marine sector. They have a broad network of clients across Australia, including in key regional locations in WA. A key part of their strategy is high-level safety performance working alongside client safety and compliance functions. Job Description This is a role that focuses on driving safety performance in operational teams working alongside customer assets. Day to day, this role includes:- Post-incident investigations and follow ups- Responding to regulatory changes and updates- Tracking safety and incident data and reporting to internal and external stakeholders- Driving continuous improvement projects- Management and update of hazard registers The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will be an early-to mid-career safety professional with a strong understanding of the contractor-principal relationship when it comes to safety performance. They will have exposure to marine or broader oil & gas operations, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will also have a minimum, Diploma of WHS or equivalent, full working rights in Australia, and be either located in the Karratha area or be able to relocate under their own means.
