This role is pivotal in building strong relationships with on-site teams across the southern region of Tasmania – although some intra-state travel may be required.
As a QSHE Adviser, you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch construction projects that positively impact our clients, employees, and the broader community.

About You We're looking for an experienced safety professional with:
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a safety role.
Qualifications: Certificate IV or equivalent in WHS.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of WHS legislation and best practices.
Passion: A commitment to coaching and mentoring others.
Leadership: Ability to lead and influence a safety-first culture.
Integrity: Maintain an engaging and ethical approach in all aspects of the role.
Problem-Solving: A solution-focused mindset.
Mobility: Willingness to travel intra-state.
Experience in construction or a similar environment.
Familiarity with management system standards.
Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
