About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Application of advanced project management skills to support and further develop the coordination of the QH-QCAT Guardianship Program across multiple Hospital and Health Services, Government Departments, and partnering agencies.Develop reporting and evaluation framework to support communication of the program outcomes to key stakeholders as per funding commitment.Work with the Program Lead and Clinical Coordinators to identify, develop, and lead opportunities for continual improvement specific to the program.Undertake discrete pieces of work such as working with the Program Lead to further enhance the current data reporting including a review of the dashboard to ensure data capture and reporting is optimised and lead the development of a digital platform for the program.Develop and maintain positive relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders (internal and external) and clinicians across all levels of Hospital and Health Service, Department of Health staff, Government Departments and partnering agencies.Health EquityIt is expected that all Metro North Health staff, including the incumbent of this role as a valuable member of the Metro North workforce, contribute to the health equity agenda and meet the intent of supporting the defined six actions that specifically meet the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS).
