Job Description
Challenge yourself by contributing to rostering and resource planning strategies Provide support and guidance to Day of Operations planning teams to ensure optimal implementation of planned rosters Permanent, full-time opportunity based at our Mascot Campus

Working closely with the Strategic Planning Specialist, the Workforce Planning Advisor is responsible for implementing and maintaining short and medium-term resource plans to maximise labour efficiencies, identify trends and propose improvements. Working on fortnight planning, you would be responsible for the formation and publication of rosters for airports in your own portfolio. This includes managing leave entitlements, leave planning, and ever-changing business requirements. As a subject matter expert, you will also be responsible for providing guidance in workforce planning and allocation processes.
You'll have –
Experience in workforce planning and specifically rostering practices Demonstrated problem-solving capability Proven ability to interpret enterprise agreements Ability to interpret data and make commercial recommendations Experience in working to strict deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels Excellent written and oral communication with proven abilities in business communication, analysis, evaluation, and report writing Strong understanding and experience working with MS suite including Excel (Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge) Experience with workforce planning and Groundstar rostering systems (desirable but not essential)
