This is where memories are made - from welcoming our customers at check in, hosting them in our lounge, to looking after them on board, we deliver the best in service and customer care. As a Customer Service Agent - Qantas Club , you will be responsible for welcoming customers to the lounge, assisting our members and customers with a premium experience in our lounge and role modelling our Qantas lounge service standards. You'll have: Airports Operations experience A genuine commitment to customer service excellence Exceptional face to face customer service skills Collaborative and supportive approach to working with your colleagues A proactive 'can do' positive attitude Ability to take ownership of problems and see them through to completion Strong written and verbal communication skills within a high volume, fast paced and demanding environment Excellent time management, organisational and problem-solving skills Exceptional standard of personal presentation Ability to work a 7-day rotational roster Previous Lounges experience is desirable Why Qantas?
