About the RoleSCEE Electrical are looking for experienced Electrical QA Supervisors to join our teams based in the Goldfields region on a 2/1 roster. As an Electrical QA Supervisor with us you will be responsible for ensuring all of the electrical works for the project are carried out in accordance with drawings, scope of works, company standards and specifications, Australian Standards and to the project schedule.
In addition, some of your key tasks will include:
Lead and supervise the QA team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC plans and procedures in alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
Oversee all inspection and testing activities, ensuring all materials and workmanship meet the required quality standards.
Maintain comprehensive records of all QA activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards. Liaise with regulatory bodies and third-party inspectors as required.
Identify areas for improvement in QA processes and implement best practices to enhance quality and efficiency.
Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project.
Prepare and present regular QA reports to project management, highlighting key metrics, issues, and resolutions.
About YouTo be successful in this position you will have at least 3 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the heavy construction industry and hold your WA electrical licence. You will have well developed leadership skills as well as strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
Strong organisational skills.
Well-developed numeracy and analytical skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a high functioning team.
You must hold a white Card and valid driver's licence.
