Job summary
MISSION:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Engineer with a strong civil background to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Landfill, concrete/composite work, and excavation projects.

TASKS:
Develop and implement QA/QC plans for landfill, concrete/composite, and excavation projects.
Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Review and approve material and workmanship to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including inspection and test plans, quality manuals, and reports.
Document and track quality issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
Provide regular quality reports to the project management team and stakeholders.
Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, standards, and regulations.
Monitor and verify the implementation of the project quality plan and quality control procedures.
Ensure that all construction activities meet the specified quality standards and project requirements.
Communicate effectively with the project team to ensure all quality requirements are understood and met.
Provide training and support to site personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of experience in QA/QC roles with a focus on landfill, concrete/composite work, and excavation projects.
Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry.
Previous experience with ADNOC standards and projects; Fluent level of English, written and spoken.

Job Location: Ruwais, Uae; Contract Duration: 3 months; Starting date: July 2024.
