The Opportunity: As a QA Officer at Humes you'll administer quality requirements with precision, ensuring compliance with QA systems and effective QC implementation at our Tamworth/NSW site. Your responsibilities will include Administer Quality requirements to ensure QA system compliance and effective QC implementation Assist internal and external quality audits Ensure products manufactured daily are in accordance with Australian and other relevant standards. Report to management any areas where product quality performance will impact adversely on financial or customer satisfaction standards. Maintain a safe system of work in the workplace. Comply with all relevant safety, health and environment legislation. About You: Ability to multitask Prepare and maintain Project QA portfolio's Focus on quality and attention to detail Able to react positively under pressure Establishing good relations with internal and external customers / auditors Ability to read civil/construction shop drawings Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferably with experience in Quality Control in Precast or an Allied Industry Why Holcim Our strength is our people - their expertise and skills, their ability to find innovative solutions and their commitment to high performance.
