Job Description This is an on the floor role with 50% of your time being in production, with your team.
This could look like:
Overseeing a team of QA Officers, including a supervisor and team leaderImplementing and maintaining QA systems and processes.Conducting regular audits and inspections.Managing customer complaints and conducting RCA and investigationsProviding training and support to staff on quality assurance mattersWorking collaboratively with internal stakeholdersMaintaining industry qualifications including ISO9001, HACCP and SQFDriving CI initiativesThe Successful Applicant We are looking for:
Proven experience in a QA management role within the FMCG industryExcellent knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulationsStrong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving abilitiesExceptional attention to detailStrong stakeholder management skillsNimble with the ability to change direction depending on the dayPreferred but not essential is experience in the meat industryWhat's on Offer In return you will receive:
