Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will focus on Leading and developing internal audits on a regular basis to ensure compliance, while ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

This is a senior role where your responsibilities will be:
Lead, mentor and provide ongoing development to a small team. The development and verification of plant hygiene manual and sanitation standard operating procedures. Commitment to policies and procedures including OH&S legislation. Establishing and building relationships with suppliers & customers. Assess material risks and apply appropriate Quality Assurance measures. To be successful in this role you will be: Bachelor of Applied Science (Food Technology) or equivalent You will have a sound knowledge of all food laws and regulations including audit level experience of HACCP and SQF or other Quality and Food Safety Management Systems. Substantial experience as a Quality Assurance Manager, preferably within a high care environment. Experience leading small teams in achieving targeted KPIs. Have a high understanding of ISO and SQF.
