QA Lead | Industry Leader | $130,000 + SuperWe are working closely with a renowned brand who are growing out their tech team!This role will come with a lot of autonomy, as you build this area of the business.What do you need?A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.Over 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.Proficient in using defect tracking tools and test management software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Expertise in test automation tools.ISTQB certification in quality assurance is preferred.Proven leadership and mentoring skills, fostering team growth and development.What will you do?Lead and manage the QA team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring alignment with project goals.Develop and review comprehensive test strategies, plans, scenarios, and conduct quality audits to ensure product quality.Continuously assess and refine QA processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution to maintain high-quality standards.Provide mentorship and training to junior QA team members, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and development.Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, offering updates on QA progress, risks, and issues.Design and implement automation strategies to optimize testing processes, minimizing manual intervention.Ensure all QA activities adhere to industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements.Collaborate in the development and refinement of project requirements to ensure testability and quality.Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the DevOps team, ensuring smooth deployment and user satisfaction.SalaryThey offer an excellent salary of $130,000 + Super.Location2x per week - SydneyHow to ApplyPlease apply asap with your CV to be considered for this position.
