This position may suit a graduate student looking for a casual position in Civil Engineering or a related field whilst studying.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in both administrative support and quality assurance within the Linemarking industry.
The position is part-time, requiring 3 days a week.

Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.Invoicing/Complete Daily Work Orders.Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.Support quality control processes by reviewing and analyzing project outputs.Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards.Assist in the documentation and reporting of quality assurance findings.Qualifications: Current Drivers Licence.White card (Good to have).Strong organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage.Flexible work schedule (3 days a week).Opportunity to gain valuable experience in both administrative and quality assurance roles.Friendly and supportive work environment.Potential for growth and development within the company.Please APPLY NOW if this is the job for you.
