What you'll do Maintain a high-quality bar in a complex and constantly evolving workspace Create Test Roadmaps for the Squads and engage business, technology and other stakeholders to understand the value of Testing Support production deployment of applications and perform "Sanity" checks Contributing towards continuous improvement of the QA processes and practices Ability to create and define a test approach for any given context and produce high value test artefacts Test Chatbots and Smart IVRs for the Squad and engage business, technology and other stakeholders to understand the value behind testing the initiatives thoroughly What you'll bring Cloud technology testing experience (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) Experience in development and design of automation frameworks on chatbots and smart IVRs Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, DevOps, automation and source control systems Stong experience in testing web mobile applications Ability to test bots (Chatbots and Smart IVRs) What's in it for you We embrace diversity of thought and love to take on challenges with a pragmatic and innovative approach.
