We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality assurance. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our next-generation product through rigorous testing and collaboration with our development team.
Key Responsibilities Work with a multi-facetted team to build the next generation of Hapana fitness management software across multiple global regions.Utilize REST and GraphQL APIs.Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on web applications.Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.Collaborate with developers to understand system functionality and design effective test strategies.Execute automated and manual test cases to ensure software meets business and technical requirements.Qualifications & Requirements Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on usability, functionality, and quality.Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance testing practices.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role in software development.Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.Proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, Zephyr).Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.Work with other team members using the Scrum methodology in different time-zones.Any additional tasks set out by management.If you have the experience and are happy to wear multiple hats, we want to hear from you.
