Preparing and executing financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow analysis Leading change, process and cost efficiency enhancements and commercial terms of business across the organization Maintaining cashflow controls on all projects and recommend corrective actions Overseeing the preparation of annual statutory accounts The person will fit well into this role and QDC with:
Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or similar - CPA an advantage 2 years in a financial leadership role reporting to senior executive level Management accounting and/or auditing experience preferable but not essential Experience overseeing a large accounts payable function Exposure to the construction industry would be an advantage A team player attitude with the ability to lead and influence An inquisitive mindset that looks beyond the obvious and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo Organisational skills who understands urgency and is detail oriented by nature Ability to be part of the executive leadership team and build a strong relationship with the board and shareholders An ambition to grow with a dynamic business How do your skills match this job?
