The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating SailPoint IdentityIQ with ServiceNow, ensuring seamless identity and access management operations.
The role:
Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between SailPoint IdentityIQ and ServiceNow. Ensure the integration meets business requirements and compliance standards. Collaborate with architects, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure integration aligns with overall system architecture. Customise SailPoint IIQ workflows, rules, and connectors to support integration. Configure ServiceNow to support the integration with SailPoint IIQ, including catalogue items, workflows, and automation. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the integration functions as intended. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during development, testing, and post-deployment phases. Create comprehensive documentation for the integration process, configurations, and customisations. Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams on the use and maintenance of the integrated system. Implement best practices for identity and access management.
