The Role We are looking for a highly organised and proactive team player to join the Baby Food and Baby Care marketing team as Assistant Brand Manager on the Rafferty's Garden brand.
This role will suit a self-starter with an affinity and passion for health, wellbeing and nutrition and previous experience in FMCG.
The role is responsible for assisting in the delivery of financial goals – market share, revenue and profit margins, reporting on category and brand performance, implementation of brand strategy and activation (above and below the line) alongside leading product development and change projects.
This role will be instrumental in delivering strategic and operational commitments for 2025 and beyond on the Rafferty's Garden portfolio.
A rare opportunity to join this high performing Marketing team - you will report to the Senior Brand Manager.
The key focus of the role is: Contribute to and drive implementation of 1-5 year strategic plan for Rafferty's Garden portfolio.
Support the development and execution of the brand plans Manage innovation ideation process and New Product Development (NPD) program, working with cross functional teams to deliver projects.
Measure and Monitor category and brand performance Assist in developing and implementing communications programmes across multiple channels with a heavy focus on digital Own and execute the experiential campaigns, shopper marketing programs and social media plans Co-ordinate & collaborate with external advertising, media, design, market research and packaging agencies to support development and delivery of all projects and campaigns Responsibility for the Rafferty's Garden website and its maintenance Administration support, including but not limited to processing of invoice payment and accruals, monthly reporting, business planning rhythm.
About you To be the successful candidate you will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing/Business/Commerce and ideally have 1-3 years experience as an Assistant Brand Manager or equivalent role, preferably in FMCG environment.
You will have a high level of attention to detail and love managing projects.
