Job Description - WMS Technical Lead in Sydney
About the role:

Key Responsibilities:
Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
Preparing and assisting the team in preparing the design; should have a very good understanding of the project.
Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
Collaborating with the team to identify and fix technical problems.
Conducting audits to identify areas of improvement.
Working on constantly increasing the productivity of the team.
Fulfilling all commitments by timely delivering the deliverables.
Key Skills:
High calibre, skilled and experienced resource, with knowledge of Application environments.
Interface between team and management.
Build and maintain high team morale.
Adherence to defined Configuration, Change and Problem Management (and all other IT Service Management) processes.
Mandatory:
Overall experience of 8+ years.
Ability to make fast and informed decisions.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Provide training and coaching to development teams.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Excellent team player and leadership abilities.
