Required Experience :

7+ years of mandatory hands-on experience with MS Active Directory and related technologies, including :
Active Directory GPO configuration
Group design (and relationship to IAM roles)
Powershell scripting with AD extensions

Desirable Experience :

MS FIM / MIM and related experience, including :
Experience with FIM / MIM synchronization engine
Net development experience

Responsibilities :

Work end-to-end on analysis, design, development, deployment, and support of new application integrations with Telstra's Internal Identity directory services.
Actively participate in technical workshops with application project teams to understand requirements and drive technical solutions.
Provide estimates for work required to management.
Design, build, test, and deploy solutions in test environments.
Provide application teams with test support as needed during application test cycles.
Deploy to production following Telstra change management process.
Active Directory work will include one or more of the following :
Assisting internal infrastructure teams with joining Windows and nix servers to the Active Directory Domain.
Assisting project teams with Kerberos and LDAP integrations with Active Directory.
Schema and GPO design.
If applicable, Identity Manager work will include :
Adapting code to ingest incoming data feeds from HR systems and creating outgoing data feeds to other systems.
SQL Development.
