About the job Telco Networks Program Manager: We are seeking a Program Manager based in Sydney, to lead E2E Program delivery for a leading Australian Telecommunications Company in the rollout of new Digital & 5G technologies around the country.
The Program Manager will be accountable for an end-to-end delivery and lead a team of Project professionals.
Responsibilities: Extensive (5 to 10 years) of program management delivery experience in Telecom Network Projects. Customer-facing engagements and reporting weekly on progress of delivery, addressing risk and opportunity in a collaborative way, both internally and externally. Proactively drive the required outcomes and manage delivery schedule including baseline, forecast, and actual dates. Handle end-to-end delivery process, governance, and relationships while managing budget. Address project communication and reporting of progress and issues, maintaining business partner relationships and encouraging a positive work environment. Manage project risk and opportunities operationally and commercially. Implement delivery targets with a quality and first-time-right approach, with a continual improvement mindset to streamline processes and obtain faster outcomes. Qualifications: Excellent competence and experience in program management. Excellent leadership, communication & negotiation skills - ability and strength to negotiate and influence outcomes.
