Job Description for Senior Change Analyst:Client is seeking an experienced change specialist to join a growing team providing people change management services.This is a hands-on and varied role providing change management analysis, communications, and training, and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to help transition them to the future state.Initially you will be supporting a significant program of work delivering improvements to customer service by retiring legacy systems and providing greater digital accessibility.As the role progresses and depending on the requirements of the project, you may have the opportunity to work on other projects.Your communications and presentation skills must be excellent to succeed in this role.
The role also requires strong analysis skills to identify system and process changes as well as an ability to put yourself in the end users' shoes to create clear and usable quick reference and instructional guides.Key accountabilities:Gather and analyse data to contribute to change management plans and reporting.Develop and implement change impact assessments, mitigation actions, and workforce transition plans to support employees moving to new ways of working.Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements.Draft communications and support materials (including communications collateral, presentation materials, website copy, frequently asked questions, etc.
).Develop, coordinate, and deliver training, including developing training materials (such as quick reference guides, presentations, in-system help using Digital Adoption Platform), delivering classroom training, and collating feedback.Support and participate in Program forums, Committees, and Working Groups as required to ensure stakeholder interests are effectively represented.Experience and knowledge:Minimum three years' experience delivering end-to-end people change management on IT projects.Experience developing communication collateral for customers and internal staff.Experience developing training and supporting materials.Excellent presentation and people skills.Experience partnering with project teams to successfully deliver projects and maintain momentum in the delivery of change.Capability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders.Hands-on pragmatic approach.
