About the Job: Portfolio Lead - Engineering Portfolio Lead - Engineering
Expertise in one or more of the core engineering services, preferably in Asset Management/Maintenance functions .
Good to know skills – GIS , Plant Automation services/Control Systems , and Plant Design Engineering .
Proven capabilities in Growth and Transformation of customer organization by defining customer problems and positioning relevant solutions.
From a relationship perspective, skills in developing new connects, identifying opportunities, and providing solution development support would be needed to be successful.
Experience in customer facing role in a multi-stakeholder environment within customer org and also familiarity with onsite/offshore model .
Good interpersonal skills and strong communication and presentation skills .
