Job Description
We're looking for a Multimedia Studio Artist to join our welcoming team. The PXP multimedia studio is a fun and dynamic environment where great quality output and high creative integrity are considered non-negotiable. Along with skills in problem-solving and a strong attention to detail, you'll bring a keen design eye to this role, to add a level of craft and polish to all key deliverables, across print, press, OOH, digital, and social. Reporting to the Head of Multimedia Operations, you take conceptual, creative layouts into working, dispatch-ready files for campaigns, across print, digital, and social.
Core responsibilities:
Use your strong Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Acrobat skills to execute creative concepts into cross-channel finished assets for dispatch. Package and deliver assets working with Quickcut/PageStore/AdSend and font management systems. Have a well-rounded understanding of print production processes as well as digital best practices. Maintain a financial overview of the jobs you're working on by understanding internal Studio costs of both resources and consumables, as well as respecting project budgets and timings. Meet often-tight, complex delivery deadlines with calm and focus – meeting all milestones, internal and external. Qualifications

Great people skills enable you to work closely with creative teams from all agencies and producers of all levels in order to traffic artwork from creative inception through to dispatch. A problem-solver and thrive on finding solutions to creative problems. You have unmatched attention to detail and thrive on delivering your work with a high degree of accuracy and error-free. You thrive in a fast-paced environment; your calm demeanor enables you to deliver work quickly. You're able to prioritize deadlines. Enjoy working closely with our Creative leadership & Creative teams, Producers, and Vendors to bring all cross-channel campaign elements to life. A passion across all design assets: digital, UX, social, print, branding, and finished art. Can deliver finished art for a full range of print and digital formats. Responsible for typesetting and basic retouching. Responsible for large campaigns across multiple media deliverables, ability to decipher large Material Instructions spreadsheets. Contribute to conceptual ideas from time to time as required. Responsible for taking and questioning briefs effectively from the account team. Design layouts & illustrations according to guidelines set out by the agency. Create & modify fonts according to guidelines. Determine style, technique, and medium best suited to organization promotion strategies. A knowledge of building out HTML files would be a bonus. What we will offer you:
