PwC's Western Sydney Operations Delivery Centre offers you invaluable work experience with our PwC engagement teams and clients. This is a casual opportunity open to WSU students and alumni only; our rate is $38.35 per hour and location is in Parramatta.
Description
We're seeking a skilled and knowledgeable individual to join an exciting Consulting client engagement, working with PwC teams as a casual employee, within PwC's Western Sydney Operations Delivery Centre. This specific role requires a solid understanding of financial planning principles, policies and regulations, as well as the ability to communicate and interpret aspects of the policies and regulations clearly and concisely.
Responsibilities

Financial advice review: Review various advice documents covering a range of investment strategies against Best Interest Duty and other related obligations. Client communication: Provide feedback and respond to queries as required. Policy interpretation: Interpret policy and regulatory requirements and correctly apply it to a particular case. Technical expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in financial planning terminology and concepts. Documentation and reporting: Complete required documentation and checklists and update relevant systems in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
Postgraduate degree or currently studying Masters of Financial Planning and/or Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning or Bachelor of Accounting with a major in financial planning and taxation. Demonstrated understanding of financial planning strategies (including investments and securities) policies and compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Previous experience in financial planning, or related roles in wealth management would be highly regarded.
