This specific role requires a solid understanding of financial planning principles, policies and regulations, as well as the ability to communicate and interpret aspects of the policies and regulations clearly and concisely.ResponsibilitiesFinancial advice review: Review various advice documents covering a range of investment strategies against Best Interest Duty and other related obligations.Client communication: Provide feedback and respond to queries as required.Policy interpretation: Interpret policy and regulatory requirements and correctly apply it to a particular case.Technical expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in financial planning terminology and concepts.Documentation and reporting: Complete required documentation and checklists and update relevant systems in a timely and accurate manner.RequirementsPostgraduate degree or currently studying Masters of Financial Planning and/or Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning or Bachelor of Accounting with a major in financial planning and taxation.Demonstrated understanding of financial planning strategies (including investments and securities) policies and compliance requirements.Excellent communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Previous experience in financial planning, or related roles in wealth management would be highly regarded.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel RequirementsNot SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?NoGovernment Clearance Required?NoJob Posting End DateOctober 8, 2024
