Our PwC Private - Family Office team in Sydney is expanding and we're looking for a Manager to join our vast community of solvers.

The PwC Private - Family Office team brings our purpose to life by working with clients throughout their entire business lifecycle, from supporting growing privately owned businesses, entrepreneurs and start-ups, to estate and succession planning, wealth preservation, and everything in between, we provide holistic solutions that ensure our clients can grow and protect their businesses and wealth with confidence.

You'll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Developing and implementing tax strategies for high-net-worth individuals and family offices to optimise tax efficiency.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, including the preparation and review of tax returns

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and addressing their tax-related queries

Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

Conduct detailed financial analysis to support tax planning and decision-making processes.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential tax risks, ensuring the protection of client interests

Advise on estate planning and succession strategies to preserve family wealth across generations.

Stay updated on tax legislation changes and industry trends to provide cutting-edge advice

Oversee special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion

Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation for all tax-related activities

In our Private Tax team, your impact will be seen by:
Building Strong Client Relationships and delivering personalised and proactive tax advice to earn client trust and loyalty

Developing strategies to minimise tax liabilities and maximise wealth preservation

Mentoring and motivating team members to achieve high performance and collaboration

Maintaining strict adherence to tax laws to protect clients from risks and penalties

Offering valuable analysis to guide clients in making informed financial decisions

Staying updated on tax legislation to leverage opportunities and mitigate risks

Implementing efficient processes to improve service quality and delivery

Building connections with industry experts to enhance service offerings and client support
