You'll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Financial statement analysis, valuation techniques, financial modeling, completion accounts
Due diligenceacross financial, tax, and legal disciplines, ensuring thorough and accurate evaluations
M&A Advisory - buy-side and sell-side
Market analysis, market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks
Client relationship management and strong project management
Sound knowledge of accounting standards and compliance (GAAP, IFRS)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related advanced degree, or studies undertaken in CA, CPA, CFA are all highly regarded
In our PwC Private, Deals team, your impact will be seen by:
Providing expert transaction services, including buy-side due diligence and sell-side advice and assistanceand transaction structuring
Preparation and review of transaction documentation, including letters of intent, term sheets, and purchase agreements.
Providing comprehensive M&A advisory, identify potential buyers and investors, prepare marketing materials, and coordinate the due diligence processes (financial, tax, legal)
