About The RoleOur Clients & Markets are expanding, and we're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our vast community of solvers.
The Clients & Markets team brings our purpose to life by working in an integrated way with marketing managers to deliver priority marketing programs and campaigns.

You'll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Marketing and communications Traditional and digital marketing campaigns Marketing-related platforms, ideally Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and CMS platforms Project and budget management In our Clients & Markets team, your impact will be seen by:
Providing integrated, end-to-end campaign development from strategy through to execution to help achieve marketing objectives.
Designing the campaign journey and contributing to the go-to-market approach that best meets the marketing program desired outcomes and best practice principles.
Coordinating and executing marketing programs and projects to meet agreed deadlines and budget, deliverables, and metrics including: Briefing and project managing internal and external agencies and suppliers – research, communications, paid media and advertising, copywriting, web, design, social media, events, podcasts, publishers, etc.
Delivering activations at events and conferences; content curation; multi-channel campaigns and post-implementation reporting.
Confidently coordinating key internal and external stakeholders, relationships, and partnerships.
Supporting the development and curation of content for owned, internal and external channels including: website, media, client eDM pipeline, social and digital platforms, and internal microsite(s).
Evaluating the success of overall programs and projects (digital or otherwise) through the analysis of various data points to present actionable insights and inform future marketing strategy, operations, and tactics.
Developing value propositions and shaping campaign content and messaging hierarchy in collaboration with Marketing leads and SMEs.
Developing internal communications plans to support campaign awareness and engagement activities with key stakeholder groups within the firm.
Identifying opportunities to align as One Firm to ensure marketing activity is streamlined and coordinated for our clients.
Evolving, enhancing, and optimizing marketing best practices to deliver a superior client experience and create operating efficiencies.
Championing the implementation and integration of Salesforce into the go-to-market approach.
Embracing agility and being responsive to support evolving needs of PwC and market dynamics.
Ensuring all brand, risk & legal compliance is adhered to.
Championing our client-first one firm strategic marketing approach, collaborating with fellow marketers across Industries, Platforms, and Businesses to achieve a coherent PwC presence in the market.

You are a strong, data-driven project manager, who is highly collaborative, builds relationships, with the ability to manage multiple programs of work.
You have high attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and commitment to continuous learning and development to contribute to the firm's best practice marketing.
Highly analytical and commercially minded with an ability to connect the dots.
