About The Role Our Tech Hub team is expanding and we're looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join our vast community of solvers.

The work undertaken in Tech Hub covers a range of areas from leading and supporting the company through to the build or adoption of new technology, to protecting against risk, and delivering valuable data insights that transform our technology capabilities.
The learning and development team is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for employees within an organisation.
Their main goal is to improve the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees to enhance their skills, productivity and effectiveness in their roles.
As a Learning & Development Manager you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the digital learning team.
You will be involved in designing and delivering learning programs and ensuring they meet the needs of the organisation.
You'll help solve complex problems by using your skills in: Providing proven experience as a learning and development professional.
Designing learning programs and methodologies.
Providing excellent knowledge of learning tools, learning performance evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
Delivering change management approaches and Agile delivery framework.
Contributing excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bringing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Providing technical expertise to offer advice, influence others, and directly contribute to solutions.
Solving complex work problems by leveraging overarching guardrails, experience, and strong judgment.
Providing first level operational Team Leader with full responsibility for other team members (up to 10 people) to deliver results.
Forming annual prioritisation of work and ability to consider direction.
Involving in large projects and/or leading medium scale projects.

Leading, designing and delivering comprehensive learning programs ensuring learning needs and material are translated into clear and measurable learning objectives.
Building learning program design and high level documentation, including digital learning assets in different modalities.
Managing the delivery of learning programs to ensure learning objectives are met and facilitation is engaging, detailed and high quality.
Evolving and implementing continuous improvement across learning programs by reporting on and evaluating learning effectiveness, and with team practices and processes.
Managing learning and development deliverables and financials.
Working with project team members and stakeholders to develop and implement integrated learning plans.
Researching and understanding emerging digital trends and thought leadership, embracing digital solutions and advocating for new ways of working.
Managing training schedules and logistics, and maintaining documentation.
