In this role, you will be expected to dive deep into the financial situation of your clients across a range of industries. Your responsibilities will include:
Analyzing job costings and staff productivity. Evaluating company spending and vetting transactions to identify areas for improvement. Working closely with the Directors to propose new strategies to boost business. The ideal candidate will come from a CFO or Finance Manager background and be motivated by the challenge of strategically managing multiple growth-oriented business clients simultaneously. Executive presence is a must-have.
Unlike a traditional commercial accounting role, the ability to juggle the affairs for more than one business at a time is imperative.
The salary package on offer is up to $300k (including bonuses). Salary will be commensurate with experience and your ability to engage with clients and the rest of the team.
