Supply Chain Manager Randstad's Supply Chain specialist Hayley Wilson is currently recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a forward thinking business that is keeping their supply chain ahead of the curve to achieve continued success and growth. This role will be offered as a permanent position, on a full time basis for our manufacturing client based in Perth. Key responsibilities include: Negotiate detailed supply contracts and agreements on behalf of the company to secure optimal terms and conditions. Controlling & managing inventory levels across multiple locations utilising an ERP system. Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency. Manage pricing data in accordance with procurement department, and production. Reviewing and reporting variances across inventory, costing and supplier contracts. Working with existing suppliers to ensure adherence to service level agreements. Assisting other supply chain departments to allocate stock correctly, and to anticipate demand. Key requirements include: Experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing or distribution environment. Extensive experience in strategic procurement. Strong knowledge of contemporary procurement and supply chain practices. Advanced Excel skills, ERP experience and ability to analyse data. Superior interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders and department heads. Tertiary qualifications in supply chain or commerce, and MCIPS qualifications or similar industry equivalent are desired.
