Discover the Opportunity.... We have a fantastic new opportunity available for a Purchasing & Payments Officer to join the team
at our B9 Botany Paper Mill.
The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and cost-effective purchasing of required materials and services for the Botany Mill site & maintenance staff.
This will include:
Processing of purchase orders & expediting critical purchasesDeveloping site financial reporting processes and managing the invoice payment processManaging SAP master data, site vendor records and material dataTroubleshooting and resolving purchasing related system issuesDeveloping and maintaining strategic supplier relationshipsDeveloping continuous improvement projects, including streamlining processes and systemsPerforming market and vendor research for supplier selection including RFx processes and analysisWe are able to offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.We embrace diversity in all its forms, and we look for curious individuals who thrive in an environment of change.
