Purchasing Officer

GPH Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Purchasing Officer for a local mining role (DIDO) in the South West for an immediate start.
This is a 'temporary' opportunity as per operational needs working a family friendly Monday to Friday roster, average 42 hour week.
To be considered, the successful applicant must have accommodation and live within commuting distance of Collie, Western Australia.
Candidates will need to have the following:5 years experience in the resources industryUnderstanding and application of routines and procedures in Supply competenceProficient in the use of Pronto procurement systems (essential)Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs.Desired Qualifications:Diploma in Business/SupplyA Class and Forklift LicencesCompetence in Manual Handling, Dangerous and Hazardous Materials Handling, Materials ManagementPurchasing Officer Remuneration: $51.35 casual base
