Join our dynamic procurement team as a Purchasing Officer and play a pivotal role in driving our company's purchasing operations.
Under the guidance of the Purchasing Manager, you will be at the forefront of executing transactional purchasing and expediting tasks within your designated domain.
As a key player in our procurement process, you will:
Uphold the integrity of purchasing activities by adhering to our comprehensive Purchasing Policy.
Collaborate effectively with essential stakeholders to streamline procurement processes.

Location: South Guildford, WA
Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5-hour days
About you:
Prior experience in a similar role, with exposure to the functions of purchasing and or procurement
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal), including consultation, negotiation and facilitation skills to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
Enhanced computer skills, with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and SAP/Ariba
Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to analyse problems and provide appropriate solutions
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines
Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
