Purchasing Officer

This role is looking for an immediate start and is initially for a 3 month period, but has the capacity to extend. The Role As a Purchasing Officer, you will support the procurement team in the acquisition of goods and services. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and looking to develop their skills: Assist with sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotes for goods and services Process purchase orders and track delivery of goods Maintain accurate records of purchases and contracts Assist with inventory management and stock control Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs Provide general administrative support to the procurement team About You Previous experience in an administrative or junior procurement/purchasing role is advantageous Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite A proactive approach to learning and development A certificate or diploma in business administration or a related field is preferred By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
