Purchasing Officer

The RoleAs a Purchasing Officer, you will support the procurement team in the acquisition of goods and services. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and looking to develop their skills:Assist with sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotes for goods and servicesProcess purchase orders and track delivery of goodsMaintain accurate records of purchases and contractsAssist with inventory management and stock controlLiaise with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needsProvide general administrative support to the procurement teamAbout YouPrevious experience in an administrative or junior procurement/purchasing role is advantageousStrong attention to detail and the ability to multi-taskExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteA proactive approach to learning and developmentA certificate or diploma in business administration or a related field is preferred
