Qualifications Thrive in the Heart of The William Inglis Hotel - MGallery with Previous experience as a purchasing officer, preferably in hotels or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing/inventory software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
