Purchasing Officer

Our client, a large and exciting FMCG comapny is seeking an Electrician for its maintenance crew in the northern suburbs.
This is a full-time/permanent role with the client direct.
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of production by maintaining, repairing, and installing plant equipment.
Duties/Responsibilities: Maintenance of electrical components on plant equipment.
Experience with and understanding of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controls).
Building, designing, and installing electrical circuit boards.
Carry out plant inspections to identify potential issues.
Troubleshooting and repairs Assist with breakdowns Suggesting and implementing improves to systems to enhance efficiency, reliability and safety.

Clean environment Work on and around new machinery TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE: Current A Class Electrical Licence; Experience in a similar role; Exposure to PLC fault-finding; An understanding of HACCP requirements; Experience within a Food processing/industrial/manufacturing environment.
