You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure products are delivered on time to customer expectations and within budget to ensure production targets are met.Key aspects of the role include:Direct purchasing and expediting of products, services and raw materialsEnsure a high standard of Supplier/Customer service is maintainedProvide accurate data to accounting department for all purchasingRespond to enquiries from project managers, engineers, supervisors and leading handsParticipate in Procurement activities and projectsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Your strong customer service skills and ability to seek ways of adding value to our business will be complemented with the following:Enrolling in Cert IV or Diploma in Purchasing (desirable)Experience working within a manufacturing environmentCompetent in the Microsoft Office applications, ERP and MRP systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and a great attitudeExcellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and negotiation skillsPrevious experience in stores/logistics roleReady to challenge the future?Then apply now!
