Guided by our values of Compassion, Respect, Innovation and Teamwork, we foster a culture where every team member contributes to creating a better future for our community The Role: As a Purchasing Officer, you'll: Manage procurement, purchasing and inventory for our aged care facilities Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods Improve processes to drive efficiencies and cost savings across the organisation Provide hands-on support for order management, invoicing and supply chain queries Conduct site visits, training and inventory reviews to maintain top-notch service standards What You'll Bring: 3+ years' experience in a similar procurement or supply chain role Strong organisational and time management skills with a proactive mindset Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel and knowledge of inventory systems Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A customer-centric approach with a passion for continuous improvement Why Join Us?
