Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Officer, in this role, you will manage the procurement process, ensure cost-effectiveness, and maintain excellent supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality materials at competitive prices.
Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor inventory levels and plan for restocking to avoid shortages.
Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
Analyse market trends and supplier performance for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
